Our client is a Fintech Enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that leverages Artificial Intelligence-based Autonomous Systems to help companies automate Accounts Receivable and Treasury processes. The company's Integrated Receivables platform reduces cycle times in the order-to-cash process through automation of receivables and payments processes across credit, electronic billing and payment processing, cash application, deductions, and collections. The company's Treasury Management Applications help teams achieve touch-less cash management, accurate cash forecasting, and seamless bank reconciliation. Powered by an "Artificial Intelligence Engine Purpose-Built for Finance and the Freeda™ Digital Assistant, This company enables teams to leverage machine learning to predict future outcomes and automate routine labor-intensive tasks. Their B2B Collaboration Network allows suppliers to digitally connect with buyers, closing the loop from supplier receivable processes to buyer payable processes. Their solutions also have a proven track record of increasing operational efficiency through automation, optimizing cash flow, reducing days sales outstanding (DSO) and bad debt, so that companies may achieve strong ROI in just a few months
The company is looking for 5-10 Sales Development Representative for the Mid-market and Enterprise team. On the Enterprise team you will be speaking with 1-2 levels below the CFO's so like Directors of Credit, or VP of Finance. You will be making 30-50 calls a day both inbound and outbound with more of an outbound focus. Your job is to schedule appointments for the Account Executives and will be working on hitting a certain number of qualified leads per month.
You MUST have the following:
• BA Degree - Looking for a 3.2 or higher GPA.
• Sold for at least 1 year and not more than 4 years.
• Prefers someone who has sold SaaS or On-premise Software
• Need a hunter mentality and not afraid to work hard.
• Want someone who has been in the top 10% of their peers.
• Job stability. Not looking for a job hopper.
• You will be working remotely for a while but at some point, they want you to work from the office.
• They will team you up with about 5-10 AE's and will also have a counterpart in India.
• Online Training for about 1 1/2 weeks then some job shadowing then out on your own.
• They are in a high growth mode with big numbers to achieve for 2021.
• Looking to make these hires by the end of Jan. Reporting to the Marketing Dept.
Location: Houston, TX Area
Base Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 (DOE) +$2,100 a month
On-Target-Earnings: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 - No Cap
