We are looking for a Technical Services Integration Leader to lead the standardization of global offerings, digitalization of information, and streamlining of communication amongst our team of technical service managers, engineers, and technicians around the world to help deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients

Job Responsibiliti

• n.Coordinate with business leadership, project managers, sales and marketing teams to globalize our offerings - technical services scopes of work to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems and education of our business development managers and technical service provider
• s.Streamline, manage, and digitalize the technical documentation, testing, and quality control processes of our products and services, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfactio
• n.Guide the global technical services team, promoting adherence to best practices, industry standards, and company policie
• s.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as environmental and safety requirements, for all technical aspects of our project
• s.Research and evaluate new technologies, methods, and materials, and recommend improvements and innovations for our products and service

Job Requireme
• ntsBachelor's degree in engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of experie
• nceExperience in technical services, preferably in the clean energy sec
• torExperience with digital platforms for collection, standardization, and searching of relevant information. Highly curious to find and drive the optimal syst
• em.Extrovert with proven influence skills, with the ability to motivate and educate, and eager to work with senior leaders, managers, and individual contributors across the global organizat
