About Us:
We are a new, innovative diagnostics company dedicated to providing a better, faster, and more affordable cytology screening solution worldwide for women. Our mission is to reduce barriers in women's health by offering a cutting-edge, low UNSAT rate test without the need for specialized equipment, making it accessible for high-income and low- and middle-income countries alike.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. This is a part-time role for the right candidate with flexibility to transition to a full-time position as the company progresses to the next stage. Interim remote work is acceptable, and the COO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement our operational strategy, ensuring our product is brought to market efficiently and with impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize daily operations, including production, logistics, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO 13485, CGMP, and other applicable quality management systems (QMS).
• Develop and implement operational processes that drive efficiency and support rapid growth.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to define our short- and long-term strategy.
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of our go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a COO or in a similar operational leadership role, preferably within the diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare industries.
• Strong background in scaling operations, particularly in startups or early-stage ventures.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, including ISO 13485, CGMP, and other industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in managing production and manufacturing processes, preferably within regulated industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and partners.
• Based in the U.S., with preference for candidates located in Las Vegas or nearby areas.
• Flexibility in a startup unstructured environment.
