Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes, flavors, and cooking techniques that align with our brand and commitment to fresh, sustainable, and flavorful ingredients.
Conduct extensive research on culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques to stay ahead of industry developments and ensure our menu offerings are innovative and on-trend.
Utilize your strong background in culinary arts to create unique and delicious dishes that represent the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine.
Engage in product testing, quality control, and recipe refinement to ensure all menu items meet our high standards of taste and quality.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source the best and freshest ingredients for our menu offerings.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Chipotle's commitment to real food and sustainability in all recipe development and menu innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new menu offerings.
Stay up-to-date on food safety and sanitation regulations, and ensure all recipes and cooking techniques follow health and safety standards.
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and idea sharing among team members.
Participate in menu planning meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions to continually improve and elevate our menu offerings.
Continuously assess and evaluate customer feedback and data to make data-driven decisions in menu development and innovation.
Maintain a strong understanding of our company values and mission and ensure that all menu offerings align with them.
