I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to set up a document parsing system that allows me to upload utility bills (or similar PDFs) to a platform, and automatically export the parsed data into Excel and via an API.
I do not want a custom-coded solution. Instead, I need someone who is familiar with prebuilt tools like Docparser, Aidrive, Adobe, or similar platforms. The goal is to configure and implement one of these tools so I can upload documents, and the system will parse and export the data to an Excel sheet and API endpoints.
Key Requirements:
Experience with prebuilt document parsing tools (e.g., Docparser, Aidrive, Adobe, or similar).
Ability to set up workflows that extract specific fields (e.g., account numbers, dates, consumption data) from utility bills and similar documents.
Excel export configuration: Ensure the parsed data is accurately exported into Excel format.
API setup: Configure the tool to allow data export via an API for integration into other systems.
Reliability: The system needs to work consistently and accurately — payment will be made upon a fully functional setup.
Deliverables:
Document parsing setup with a prebuilt tool that allows me to upload PDFs (utility bills) and exports structured data into Excel and via API.
Clear documentation on how the system works and how to upload files moving forward.
Testing & Validation: The system must be tested and working as expected before final payment.
