Skills
• 8+ years’ experience in product design utilizing a human-centered approach
• Strong grasp of best practices for designing digital products
• Experience designing both digital products and systems
• Proficient in information architecture, journey mapping, and interaction design
• Proven visual design and creative development skills
• Solid communication skills for effective storytelling
• Comfort designing within a modern product design lifecycle
• Conversant understanding of healthcare business strategies and operations

Responsibilities
• Analyze product and user problems, creating effective solutions and workflows
• Develop low/high-fidelity designs, user flows, and testable prototypes
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure quality and usability of solutions
• Partner with product managers to validate problems and solutions
• Gather and analyze user feedback from research studies
• Maintain a user-centered design philosophy throughout the process
• Clearly explain design rationale to cross-functional teams
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to improve workflows

Qualifications
• BS/MS degree in human factors, design, psychology, sociology, or relevant field preferred
• Experience designing for healthcare segments, including consumer and logistics
• Familiarity with modern data visualizations and data-driven design

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a human-centered focus
• Experience observing or facilitating user research, service prototyping, or usability testing
