Junior Accountant Responsibilities: - Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Help with the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
- Review and process invoices, expense reports and other financial transactions
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases and records
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information
- Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects and initiatives Junior Accountant Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
