They are hiring a Senior NLP Engineer to lead the development of RAG-based architecture for LLMs across various early-stage divisions. The successful candidate will spearhead groundbreaking projects, starting from inception and driving forward innovative solutions within the investment sector.
Responsibilities:
• As the Senior NLP Engineer, you will lead groundbreaking projects from inception to implementation.
• You will develop RAG models integrated with vector databases to power conversational AI products.
• Craft tools and scripts for automating data aggregation and curation processes.
• Refine LLM models to optimize accuracy and effectiveness, ensuring enhanced user experiences.
Skillset:
• PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or similar.
• Demonstrate over 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year in vector database and chunking technologies.
• Exhibit proficiency in embeddings, llama2 and other LLM tools, showcasing expertise in NLP/NLU/NLG domains.
• Have hands-on experience in fine-tuning and deploying generative LLMs using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch frameworks.
• Possess advanced skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization methods.
• Thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments, adept at quickly adapting to evolving priorities.
• Display proactive problem-solving abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
