Skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in Java, microservices, IONIC, Angular, CSS, HTML, React, and FireBase
• Experience with mobile hybrid applications and API development
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
• Strong work ethic and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a software engineering team
• Architect applications and make informed technology decisions

Qualifications
• 5+ years of enterprise application management and project execution
• Experience in Agile environments and hybrid mobile application development
• Solid background in banking or financial services
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Formal education in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing applications across the stack
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers
• Proven track record of delivering scalable and performant applications
