Complete one app that is part of a django project

I have 12000 recipes in a directory, that could possibly be used in an application. I need a simple CRUD interface that will allow users to upload one of the 12000 recipes at a time, plus have the ability to view, edit and delete the uploaded recipe.

Only the views and templates need to be created for this, while I am busy on other elements.

There are other pages I want created in more project, if this one works well.

I already have a base html template and a customised bulma css library. I also have a library "TableManager" I want used to handle pagination and filters, Plus forms or generic views are not allowed
