The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst / Professional
• Begins to influence department’s strategy
• Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

Required Qualifications
• 5 or more years in data reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in developing and enhancing Access databases, including both front-end and back-end solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access Database and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automating tasks, analyzing, and manipulating data, and building complex reporting systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues related to Access databases.
• Experience with SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
• Experience working with large complex data sets
• Data Analysis
• Live in Central or South Florida area
• Travel to office, based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
• Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Power App, Power Automate

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,500 - $98,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
