Two pieces of software which can share backend functions in terms of the AI and learning models.
Customer Service emails
Input for AI to learn = brand identity, previous emails sent, template emails, company website, any other info
Input for direct output desired = complete email thread from company inbox (copy and pasted into this platform)
Output = an accurate and correct response email to the customer. It will show the reply which should be perfect, if it is not, user will adjust it (and copy to their own email via copy to clipboard button) and then press “Learn based on my changes” (something like that), and then AI will learn.
Email campaigns/mailshots
The idea is to make software which will use ai to create email campaign content for companies based on inputs like (brand identity, previous emails sent, template emails, company website, any other info). there will be a huge amount of information that the AI will analyse and then produce the content in a particular format (information on how to format will also be provided). the output will be a doc with all of the email content on there. it will also go through humanisation filter before output. (stage 1)
Fine tuning – it will learn in 2 ways (1) based on user feedback (user can tell the system if the email performed well, will give it a rating out of 10). Plus, any changes the user makes on the platform where it provides the output, it will know to use that if the user tells it to by clicking a button saying “Learn based on my changes” (something like that).
(Stage 2) the software will be able to produce the HTML final output for the email based on standard templates provided and will just insert the email content already produced into the template. for example, we provide the software with company logo and it will always know where to put that logo in the email because we will assign that via template. It will create buttons with common CTAs that we will give it and based on the email content and it will know where to place CTAs based on our templates. it will have multiple templates to choose from too, which we will pre-load. user will select which template they want and type of email. and it will produce html output for them to upload to their email campaign software (like mailchimp, klaviyo).
General points for both:
• AI learning will be stored and compounded over time so need efficient way to store this and ensure AI understands that it must remember and apply changes.
• Modular programming, so if one stops working, doesn’t break whole system. The module is patched and everything works again. Isolate code where possible.
• Front end required (website, user mgmt. systems, payment processor, super admin panel etc). Might already have this soon as I’m building another SaaS at the moment so can share that website. Will just has all 3 on same website, same super admin with 2 parts (one for other software, one for this AI stuff).
