Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lobby, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
Ensure all lobby furniture, decor, and amenities are in good condition and replace or repair as needed.
Monitor lobby traffic and assist guests with any needs or inquiries, such as providing directions or recommendations for local attractions.
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary, such as hand sanitizer, magazines, and brochures.
Work closely with the front desk team to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
Address any maintenance or safety concerns in the lobby and report them to the appropriate departments.
Follow all safety and security protocols, including monitoring the lobby for any suspicious activity.
Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations.
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and amenities.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, always striving to exceed guest expectations.
Collaborate with other department members to provide a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Be knowledgeable about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times to represent the Hilton brand.
Complete any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the management team.
