Job Opportunity: Multilingual Manager (Spanish, Russian, English) at a Driving School
Our dynamic driving school is seeking a motivated and organized Multilingual Manager who is fluent in Spanish, Russian, and English. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely by phone or on-site in our office, assisting clients and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients in three languages, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage client inquiries, appointments, and schedules through phone, email, and in person.
• Support office operations, including document preparation and maintaining records.
• Assist in coordinating driving courses, managing databases, and helping with promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish, Russian, and English (written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or office administration is a plus but not required.
