Job Title: Car Wash, Detail and Lube Technician
Pay: $19/hr. (eligible for up to$1/hr. increase after 90 days based on performance)
Hours:9am-5pm Friday- Tuesday (must have weekend availability)

WHAT DOES A TECHNICIAN DO?
• Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles not limited to waxing, leather conditioning, vacuuming and carpet shampooing.
• Conduct basic lube services adhering to manufacturer's specifications and established guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining services performed, and recommending additional maintenance or detailing options when necessary.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to car washing, detailing, and lube services.
• Assist with other automotive service tasks as needed or assigned.
Must Haves:
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive
• Oil Change and Tire Experience
• Self-directed with a high level of energy
• Interested in accuracy and doing what is right
• Be a team player, hardworking, and honest
• Be on time to work and reliable
• Basic computer and math skills, tech-savvy with a smartphone
• Must be comfortable with working outside in occasionally hot, cold, or dirty conditions
• Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 lbs.)
Nice to Haves:
• Customer service experience
• Fleet experience (rental cars, trucks, etc.)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.
