Our fast growing security company is seeking an armed mobile security shift manager.
You will be working out of an office and doing required to do mobile patrol checks of sites in an company car during your shift.
Shift: 6pm to 6am Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (36 Hours)
Duties
- Ensure all posts within accounts are staffed and scheduled during your shift.
- Ensure all officers on posts are doing their post duties, proper uniform, etc. via post inspections.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Through training able to assume a post in the event of an opening or emergency to ensure no lapse in coverage.
Skills
- Must possess a valid armed security officer license/certificate (Or willing to obtain one).
- Proficient in the use of firearms and other security equipment (Or willing to learn).
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred
- Computer skills required as all of our reporting software is computerized, there are paper and pen reports with our company expect in power outages.
- Google Drive skills a plus as this is our hub or files and storage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
