Robert Half is actively looking for a ERP System Support Analyst role based in Atlanta, Georgia. The position is with a fast-growing team and focuses on providing support and implementation for Vista Construction by Viewpoint software. The role involves collaborating with different departments to understand business needs, provide technical support, and optimize the use of the system to enhance performance.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in ERP system implementation and support, with a strong preference for experience with Vista Construction by Viewpoint and reporting tools.
Proficient in configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Vista by Viewpoint system.
If you do not have Vista Construction client would be open to Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Sage 300 CRE) or Procore
Ideal candidates will have:
• A solid understanding of construction management processes and how they are integrated with ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and report-writing tools like Crystal Reports or SSRS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Ability to travel within the US and Canada (minimal travel required).
