Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Utilize computer systems for data entry, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
• Assist with administrative tasks in the office or call center environment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is essential for managing customer information effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with customers.
