Job Description And Duties

Under the supervision of a Deputy Labor Commissioner III, in the State Labor Commissioner's Office's (LCO) Licensing and Registration (LRU) Program, the Labor Compliance Analyst (SSA) will analyze data, generate reports, and conduct compliance review by performing a broad range of analytical and specialized evaluative tasks related to the effective administration of the LRU program including its labor compliance, investigation and enforcement of the Licensing and Registration laws, including but not limited to exam administration and issuance of permits, licenses, certifications and registrations for programs in the areas of Agriculture, Entertainment, Garment, Car Wash and Electrician Certification.

Working Conditions

Incumbent will work in a professional building that is well lit and environmentally controlled. Incumbent will need to work with a computer for at least 50% of their workday.
