We are seeking two innovative and detail-oriented SQL Developer / Financial Analysts to enhance our Finance’s Business Intelligence - Management Reporting Operations (MRO) group. This position is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automated regulatory reporting solutions. Responsibilities include data analysis, creating efficient data processes, learning Axiom SL, and building end-user reports using Power BI. Additionally, this role involves gathering requirements and providing insights during regulatory meetings, along with flexibility to adapt to new technologies and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is \(90,100.00 - \)106,000.00 - $116,600.00, depending on location and experience. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs and stock purchase options.

Skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL or PL/SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Understanding of Financial and Business concepts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Access
• Project Management skills and expertise in analytics
Responsibilities
• Create Proof of Concepts (POC) for innovative designs
• Document processes and create diagrams to explain complex issues
• Support ad-hoc research requests from business lines
• Performance tuning of applications including Oracle
• Lead project calls and status updates for stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 6 - 8 years of related experience in IT or business intelligence
