Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform legal and business decisions.
• Develop strategies to ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with legal document drafting and review.
• Analyze legal trends and developments.
• Monitor and track changes in applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies.
• Analyze complex legal issues.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the Bloomberg Legal team.
• Maintain an organized filing system to store legal documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
