Description
The Regional Trade Marketing Manager will take charge of executing the downstream marketing funnel in the territory to drive consistent sell-out growth. Collaborating with the CM/RL, you will continually design and update the local marketing strategy and translate it into actionable plans to meet growth targets. You will work directly with the North America Marketing team on product launches, branding, campaigns, and channel advertising specifically for the Canadian market.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support distributor partners’ sales-out growth targets
• Conduct regular meetings with sales and marketing leaders of dealer partners
• Manage the creation of marketing materials, including creative content and promotional content
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as sales and ROI
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within distributor marketing
• Conduct training sessions for internal and dealer partners’ sales teams
• Gather customer feedback and integrate it into marketing strategies
• Plan and coordinate customer-focused events
• Manage direct communication channels with customers
• Develop customer-centric marketing initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in marketing/sales interaction with distribution partners
• 3+ years of marketing experience within distribution
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to Canada and within the US
• Ability to communicate effectively and present information to various audiences
