Role Summary
As Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at The Prompt Wizards, you will be the architect of growth, responsible for crafting a life-changing learning experience that goes beyond skills training and deeply transforms identity. Your role will be to embed learning as a core aspect of our organizational culture, ensuring that every employee feels a sense of purpose and a commitment to continual self-development. You will design programs that do not merely address skills gaps but cultivate the whole person, creating a culture where learning and personal growth are seamlessly integrated into daily life.
You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, shaping initiatives that align with our grand vision, while empowering employees to reach their full potential. This is not just about managing programs; it’s about creating a learning ecosystem that inspires transformation, engages the soul, and drives the organization forward.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership of Learning Programs:
• Develop a future-focused learning strategy that aligns with The Prompt Wizards’ business goals, ensuring our workforce is prepared for the challenges ahead. Design and oversee innovative learning initiatives that drive cultural transformation, fostering an environment where continuous growth and learning are seen as essential to career development.
• Cultivating a High-Impact Learning Culture:
• Lead the creation of programs that embed learning into the core identity of The Prompt Wizards, using a mix of personalized learning paths and cultural rituals to ensure deep engagement. Foster a culture of continuous development, where employees are motivated to upskill and reskill regularly, enabling them to take ownership of their career growth.
• Leadership Development and Succession Planning:
• Oversee leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders who can drive the organization’s mission. Identify and develop high-potential talent, ensuring there is a clear path to leadership for those who demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire others.
• Executing the Bootcamp Program:
• Lead the design and execution of a 7-day immersive bootcamp, ensuring it serves as a powerful induction into The Prompt Wizards’ culture and values. Design the bootcamp to test identity, cultural fit, and strategic alignment, setting the standard for what it means to be a part of the organization.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Design, or Talent Development.
• Proven ability to develop and implement learning programs that foster personal growth and cultural alignment.
• Strong background in leading organizational change through effective learning initiatives.
• Experience in designing high-impact training programs, such as bootcamps or onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and developing future leaders.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to align learning initiatives with strategic goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience with coaching, mentorship programs, or leadership development.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability and resilience are key.
• Familiarity with modern learning practices and a commitment to innovative approaches.
