Your Mission:
Be a part of Lockheed Martin's Digital Transformation Team and contribute to the 1LMX Corporate Transformation Program! We are looking for an experienced and passionate Microsoft Developer to join our dynamic and innovative group. This role is a unique opportunity to work on a transformative program focused on process, data, and technical solution reengineering, utilizing state-of-the-art Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
In this role, you will:
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions: You will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge solutions that cater to our business requirements, including configurations, integrations, and Power Platform development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to gather precise requirements and deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and address problems related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions and integrations, while providing exceptional technical support to end-users in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment instructions, to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices: Continuously enhance your knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies, and actively contribute to process improvements and optimizations within the organization.

How about Fridays off? This role is scoped on a 4x10 schedule, and is also a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, although preference is for candidates in close proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of software engineering / development experience supporting Enterprise IT Applications development, preferably with .NET software
- Experience in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform configuration, including working with Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or integrations
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security models, workflows, business rules, and other customization features
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI
- Ability to translate business requirements to Dynamics 365 designs and solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, virtual environment
- US Citizenship is required for this role due to Program Requirements
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working in agile
- Demonstrated experience collaborating on solutions with multiple concurrent developers
- Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft’s Government Community Cloud High environment
- Data engineering experience in the Power BI environment
- Experience developing .NET and Power Apps/Dynamics 365 solutions
