This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX.

Raintree Systems is searching for a resilient and self-motivated Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will identify/source the best job applicants and conduct initial interviews with potential hires. You will also collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment/HR personnel to effectively manage the candidate experience as well as develop improved talent acquisition strategies.

A successful Contract Recruiter at Raintree Systems will be disciplined yet flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Ideal candidates should be resourceful, able to foster lasting, professional relationships, and have strong working knowledge of talent acquisition software. This position will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Source qualified, potential applicants using internal databases and/or online job posting boards and social media
• Prepare and post job descriptions to online job boards and social media
• Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within the organization
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates via email, phone, video, or in person
• Work closely with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
• Complete reference and background checks
• Analyze existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods of finding great candidates
• Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media tools to source and streamline recruitment processes
• Create and maintain talent pools
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting/interviewing policies, procedures and best practices
• Maintain daily/weekly reporting on recruitment activities
• Network with industry professionals and keep abreast of developments in talent acquisition

Position Proficiencies and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, human resources management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting for various positions either with a recruiting agency or in a corporate setting is preferred
• Experience recruiting for SaaS Sales and Support roles is a huge plus
• Competency in full cycle recruiting
• Ability to sell the corporate brand and values to prospective new hires
• Strong working knowledge of talent management software/applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Must be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
