About Us:
With over 50 years of experience providing developers, utilities & financers with electrical engineering services, they specialize in both on-shore and off-shore renewables, including solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and wind energy.
About the Role:
As the Associate Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. They are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, a strong technical background, and a knack for business development. Your responsibilities will include:
• Technical Excellence: Demonstrating proficiency carrying out Load Flow, EMT & Transcient Stability Studies and supporting the team in conducting these studies using PSLF, PSCAD or PSSE.
• Customer Facing: Representing the company's expertise to clients by understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions.
• Industry Insight: Leveraging your network and experience in the energy sector, ideally with a background in consulting or utility operations.
• Regional Focus: While they primarily operate within WECC, CAISO, ERCOT they welcome candidates with experience in other ISOs.

Requirements:
• 7 years of relevant experience in energy consulting, utility operations, or related fields.
• Strong technical skills with experience in power flow studies.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
