Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HCA Healthcare's AI strategy and goals.
Conduct extensive research and analysis on the latest AI technologies and their potential applications in the healthcare industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for AI implementation that align with HCA Healthcare's values and commitment to patient well-being.
Assess the potential risks and ethical implications of implementing AI in healthcare and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks.
Lead the development of business cases and project plans for AI initiatives, including identifying key stakeholders, project timelines, and resource requirements.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements for AI projects.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of AI solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and ethical standards.
