This position will focus on defining, developing, and overseeing alternative fee arrangement programs to transition the firm towards value-based pricing strategies.

Skills
• Minimum five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field
• Proficient in at least two or more consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Tableau
• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others
Responsibilities
• Define, develop, and oversee alternative fee arrangement programs
• Manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and ensure execution of pricing strategies
• Conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across KPMG functions
• Drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives and implement enhanced processes
• Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG’s respectful work environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
• Master of Business Administration or relevant Master’s degree (preferred)
• Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function
• Demonstrated experience in team development and leadership
