Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Proofread documents for errors and ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support office management tasks to enhance overall productivity.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members as required.
• Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.
Requirements
• Proficiency in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Previous experience in an office environment or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities.
