Need someone to deploying a Python and Flask App To Google Cloud Run and create API

I already have an AI project that runs perfectly on my local machine, however the project is limited and requires GPU.

I know google cloud allows running Python projects and using their native GPU. I want to deploy a Python and Flask application to Google Cloud and create an API that I can use on my local machines without high hardware requirements.

I will provide the project source code and my google cloud account. Your job is to deploy the project on google cloud and create an API.

Input: I will send a text through the API and use the python 'request' library.

Output: return me the audio download link.

We will discuss the project and pricing in more detail. I will prioritize talent who has worked on similar projects. Or you can guide me to do this, as I know about python programming language.
