We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Business Developer who thrives on taking on challenges and closing deals with prospective clients.

Position Summary:
As a Sales Business Developer at ABBA Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for acquiring clients who need our core services, including business incorporation, accounting, tax planning and filing, and remote admin work outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring clients in similar industries, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients for ABBA Business Solutions’ core services, including business incorporation, accounting, tax planning, and remote admin work outsourcing.
• Identify and target small businesses and corporations in need of ABBA’s services, leveraging existing networks and developing new leads.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored service offerings that add value to their business.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and effective service delivery.
• Continuously monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate sales pipeline, including regular reporting of progress and results to management.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and meetings to build the company's visibility and attract potential clients.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the professional services industry (accounting, tax, business consulting).
• Proven experience acquiring and managing clients for services such as business incorporation, accounting, tax planning, and outsourcing solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Go High Level) to manage leads and client relationships.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $73,273.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
