Our client is a fast growing site network that currently has over 20 sites and constantly expanding! They focus on diversity in their trials including therapeutic areas: cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines. Their sites conduct studies spanning Phases I-IV and they've been awarded for excellence in recruitment and recognized in the industry for retention, a best-in-class experience for patients and sponsors.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, execution-oriented, and performance-driven sales specialist to generate physician referrals and community outreach objectives! You will prioritize hitting revenue targets by designing and implementing referral strategies for physicians, community relationships, patient lead generation, and patient experience. This is an individual contributor role, you would be doing the planning AND outreach including some travel to locations in Miami
• Create and run strategic physician outreach plans for assigned studies including Physician outreach via cold calling, emails, face to face, etc.
• Develop relationships with community partners, including those supporting patients and minorities to raise awareness of clinical trials
• Plan and execute community events
• Achieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targets.
• Manage referrals ensuring appropriate prioritization, routing, and strategy to achieve revenue goals, enrollment timelines, and database growth.
• Execution of contract with interested clinics.
• Generating physician interest and communication of general study information to interested clinics.
• Maintaining and development of physician, partners, and clinic staff relationships.
• Answering candidates’ questions, basic prescreening and scheduling.
• Maintaining outreach and participant databases.
• Traveling to medical offices as needed.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience work experience, ideally in a medical or sales environment
• Bachelors Degree in business, sales, or medical field
• Local travel up to 50%
• Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• Healthcare sales training
• Physician relationship training
