What you'll do
As the product lead for eyeo’s B2C business, you will own Adblock and Adblock Plus the world’s leading ad-filtering browser extensions.
You will be instrumental in developing a growth strategy for the extensions, including creating a premium product of world-class quality, developing partnerships, and re-prioritizing the user experience so that we return to building products that users love.
You are a strategist with a strong background in product management, a proven track record of driving growth in consumer-facing products, and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Your experience in leading decision-makers in product roles is invaluable for helping your team members grow and thrive.
You are an ambassador to product management in the company and passionate about building a product culture.
Your day-to-day activities :
• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2C ad filtering extensions, aligning with the company's aggressive growth targets
• Develop a product management organization to deliver results for the unit by defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
• Ensure the entire product team collaborates closely with engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that are aligned with our vision, meet market needs, and consistently meet high-quality standards
• Drive user acquisition and retention strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
• Analyze key performance metrics and user data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the product experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital advertising, privacy regulations, and technology to inform product strategy
• Transparently communicate decisions made regarding our products to everyone in the company. For example, champion the definition and communication around the unit’s product portfolio and how it fits into the company’s overall product portfolio.
Also, promote best practices and formats for product managers to communicate their roadmaps
• Grow and mentor your team by promoting and supporting the professional development of your colleagues in product management roles in the unit
• Coordinate closely with eyeo’s Product Operations team to implement best practices and processes to promote team efficiency and coordination between teams
What you bring to the table
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and growing consumer-facing products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Dragonboat, or similar
• Experience in leading and developing product managers
• Proactive problem solver with a good team attitude
It’s awesome if you have
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including AdTech platforms, privacy regulations, and user behavior
• Experience managing other managers
• Experience building browser extensions
