This position is an exciting vital role within our client's organization. It requires expertise in researching construction projects, construction notices, and mechanics liens.
Our client is purpose-built for material suppliers and equipment dealers to manage the entire process of payments and lien management. They power the largest credit and finance teams in construction.
The Research Analyst is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
• Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed research to identify property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties in various construction projects. Utilize a variety of tools and methods to gather and verify information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Understand and apply knowledge of construction notices and mechanics liens to guide research processes.
• Verification and Compliance: Verify the accuracy of construction notices and mechanics liens, ensuring that all information complies with relevant local, state, and federal laws.
• Document Management: Organize and manage all relevant documents, maintaining a comprehensive database.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with changes in construction laws and regulations, and tackle challenges with positivity and enthusiasm.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
• Experience with construction process, permit, construction notices, and mechanics liens in multiple US States.
• Strong understanding of construction law and regulations.
• Proficiency with Standard Business Applications and Operational Applications.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Experience and demonstrated comfort working in a customer-facing role.
Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour, DOE
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
