Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction and assembly tasks, particularly within the restoration industry. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, installing fixtures, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Assemble metal stud framing and install stucco as needed.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various assembly tasks.
• Perform cabinet installation and fixture installation in residential or commercial settings.
• Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by specific projects.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and productivity.
• Follow all safety protocols while working on roofs or other elevated surfaces.
• Assist in maintenance person tasks as necessary, contributing to overall project completion.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in metal stud framing, stucco application, cabinet installation, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with the restoration industry is a plus.
• Strong skills in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
