We are excited to support our client in their search for a Junior Scrum Master cum Data Analyst to help coordinate project deliverables for the Army Change Data Capture (CDC) project. This role blends project management and data validation skills, allowing you to work closely with both our client and Booz Allen teams to ensure the timely delivery of CDC solutions. You’ll also play a vital role in validating real-time data replication between SAP HANA, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and Databricks environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve impediments
• Perform data validation of replicated data across various environments
• Write SQL queries to verify data accuracy and consistency
• Utilize Python scripts for advanced data validation and manipulation
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and leadership teams
Qualifications
• 3-4 years of experience in Scrum Master roles or project management within Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with teams
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
