CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is an organization working to solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology and healthcare. A&BC leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, modeling, and a hypothesis-driven approach to quickly transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights to drive growth, improve health outcomes and access to health care across all of our businesses in CVS Health. CVS Health has a distinctively comprehensive lens into elements of healthcare across the care journey. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to develop and refine innovative AI products built on one of the largest single-source data libraries in healthcare. You will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products, working with business partners and data engineering to produce impact.
Responsibilities:
• Develop deep understanding of Grievances area, its data and business processes
• Develop user stories and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to data science, engineering and stakeholder teams
• Support data science and engineering teams to implement features by clarifying requirements, facilitating technical discussions, and helping technical team members to understand users and the business
• Facilitate problem solving and prioritization across teams, factoring in trade-offs between speed, scalability and quality
• Draft, refine and communicate business cases to key stakeholders to obtain input and buy-in
• Work closely with enterprise clients to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
• Demonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management and user support
• Develop and execute strategies for proactive user support and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years’ experience in product management, data strategy, or management consulting
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare / digital health, with exposure to data and analytics
• Proficient with introductory data analysis (e.g. SQL)
• Passionate about exploring the unknown and unafraid of ambiguity
• Proven track record of strategy work and / or product definition, launch, and management
• Strong communication with peers and senior leaders, both 1:1 and in small groups
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business stakeholders and customers as well as business concepts and requirement to Data Science, Engineering, and other technical teams
• Passionate about making healthcare more efficient and want to be part of a transformational change to making it more consumer friendly
Education
• Bachelor's degree required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$142,140.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
