Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement solutions that support our business needs. A successful candidate will have expertise in data mapping, data warehouse, AWS, S3, and GIT, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and detailed data mapping documents.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Design, develop, and implement data mapping frameworks to ensure accurate data integration and transformation between various systems and applications.
• AWS Management: Utilize AWS services, particularly S3, for data storage, retrieval, and processing. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and optimize AWS solutions.
• Version Control with GIT: Manage and maintain version control of project artifacts and documentation, using GIT to track and manage changes across project lifecycles.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, technical specifications, and data mappings, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, working on data warehousing projects including data mapping, data flow and AWS experience is mandatory
• Must have extensive experience with AWS services, particularly S3, and experience managing data within AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation concepts, with the ability to create detailed mapping documents.
• Experience with GIT for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
