Purpose
To ensure the integrity and reliability of all measurement recording and control systems in compliance with company best practices & procedures
Job Description
• Certify Chart Recorders, Gauges and Hoses
• Test, calibrate, and inspect flow meters as well as all associated measurement equipment
• Assemble, rebuild, and refurbish recording and meter equipment to preserve appearance, functionality and safety through performing remedial and preventative maintenance, as well as good housekeeping practices
• Satisfy initial and requalifying requirements of company’s operator qualification standards
• Assist with replacement components as needed
• Performs preventative and general maintenance on equipment and associated parts
• Package, ship and receive parts, meters and equipment.
• Review paperwork to ensure completeness and correctness
• Inspect shipments for damages
• Make sure all parts, meters and equipment are placed in proper storage areas
• All other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Commitment to on the job safety
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and dexterity in the use of tools and equipment
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Must be capable of performing duties independently with minimal supervision and working in a close-knit team setting
• Demonstrate and practice Gallagher core values.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.64 - $22.44 per hour
