Solution Architect, Enterprise Software
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our sales team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by designing and presenting innovative and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and technical teams to understand client requirements, develop comprehensive solutions, and articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
What will you do?
• Solution Design: Collaborate with sales executives and technical teams to understand client needs, assess business challenges, and design customized solutions that address client objectives and deliver tangible business value.
• Development: Lead the development of compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products and services, aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, services, and industry trends, providing insights and guidance to sales teams and clients on solution architecture, integration, and implementation strategies.
• Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to present solutions, address technical inquiries, and build trusted advisor relationships, leveraging your expertise to understand client pain points, articulate value propositions, and drive successful outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, engineering, and professional services teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery capabilities.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our solutions, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform product development and sales strategies.
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting roles, with a proven track record of driving successful sales engagements and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, cloud technologies, and IT
architecture principles, with expertise in areas such as specify relevant technologies or domains
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client requirements, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet business needs.
• Certifications or additional qualifications may be required or preferred.
• Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Management solution knowledge of experience is a plus.
