Description
As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within the US Custody Settlement team, you will engage with our Securities Services Operations, assisting our core client segments including Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Insurance, Banks/Broker Dealers, and Hedge Funds. Your main responsibility will be managing the end-to-end process of securities settlements lifecycle across multiple global markets, ensuring compliance with risk metrics pertaining to various reconciliations and settlement objectives.

Responsibilities
• Ensure timely processing and settlement of trades
• Investigate and resolve trade-related breaks
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Middle Office, pre-matching, settlements, and asset servicing
• Perform root cause analysis to increase Straight Through Processing (STP)
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Partner with client service teams to improve manual processes
• Manage issues above materiality thresholds for resolution
• Ensure day-to-day queries are handled within required SLAs and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Prior custody/treasury operation services experience preferred
• Understanding of SWIFT, Cross Border Payments, Foreign Exchange, and Reconciliation rules
• Strong leadership skills focusing on risk mitigation
