Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Assistant to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, proposals, and reports.
• Conduct research and gather data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate and assist with the execution of social media campaigns and content creation.
• Manage client communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain and update client databases and records.
• Assist in calling potential clients.
• Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
• Support the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:
• 4 hour shift
