Responsibilities

The Director, Operations Finance will support the CFO/COO as they strive to achieve strategic goals and build a scalable operations organization. This role will be responsible for evaluating all Operational initiatives that drive revenue and ensure we maintain proper levels of staffing to hit target volumes. This role will work closely with individuals across all levels and teams within the organization to ensure execution of key operating tactics and strategies critical to our business performance.
• Directly support the company’s CFO/COO and executive leadership team in achieving strategic goals with accountability for the operational roadmap and multi-year strategy plan.
• Lead the continued development of the company’s organic growth plan, including market growth strategy, de novo site selection, and any efforts required to support inorganic growth.
• Support the BI and analytics model and deployment strategy for the company’s operations organization, with a focus on performance management and measurement.
• Build and deploy financial models to support operational performance, including but not limited to unit economics model, standard labor model & workforce management tools.
• Develop financial models in support of the company's M&A strategy and ensure company has sufficient liquidity to support deal financing structure.
• Lead process to build the operations’ roadmap with strong alignment to the company's Path to Value targets.

• (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations. PHI is a top priority of our organization.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or industry-related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience.
• Multi-site operations and/or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the healthcare provider industry.
• Track record of improving in-year financial and operational performance through strong, repeatable process.
• Prior demonstration of building new operating frameworks, models and/or roadmaps.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence at the executive leadership level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and can meet reliable on-site attendance and punctuality standards.
