OPERATIONS PROJECT COORDINATOR
The Operations Project Coordinator reports directly to the Co-Founder. In addition to managing operations, implementing key programs, and enhancing sales processes, this role also provides Executive Assistant support to the Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and project management, with the ability to drive initiatives that contribute to our growth and success.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operations Management: Oversee the operations team to ensure efficient workflows and collaboration.
• Program Implementation: Lead the execution of the Exclusive Program and Order-to-Cash (OTC) Launch Processes, including the Department Store Program.
• Sales Program Optimization: Enhance sales program management by streamlining processes, including display processes, campaign and inventory management, and alignment across B2B, B2C, and Embed channels.
• Testing and Launch Coordination: Manage the new Embed OTC testing and launch, ensuring comprehensive execution.
• Change Request Facilitation: Oversee Business Central OTC change requests transitions, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Knowledge Management: Document and transition Business Central OTC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the company’s internal network, promoting knowledge sharing and accessibility.
• Executive Support: Assist the Co-Founder with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or operations, preferably in a marketing context.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
