We seek an outstanding VP of Marketing with a robust growth mindset to spearhead our marketing strategy. This essential position will drive the expansion of our customer base, refine acquisition channels, and elevate our market visibility. As the VP of Marketing, you will formulate and implement data-driven strategies that catalyze rapid growth and establish our position as a market leader. Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and execute ambitious growth marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Leverage data analytics to pinpoint and amplify high-impact marketing channels.
• Assess, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives to evaluate performance, draw actionable insights, and refine strategies to enhance ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop resources and strategies that empower them to secure deals and increase revenue.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, focusing on content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media for measurable growth.
• Partner with the Product Team to devise and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with market requirements and growth objectives.
• Organize and execute industry conferences and events, handling logistics and evaluating ROI.
• Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, cooperation, and excellence.
Required Skills
• Over 6 years of senior marketing experience in B2B SaaS, demonstrating a proven track record in growth marketing and scalable customer acquisition in an early-stage startup context.
• Profound understanding of growth marketing principles, such as lifecycle marketing, growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability in crafting and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that achieve targeted growth.
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
• Extensive proficiency across diverse marketing channels, particularly digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, product marketing, email campaigns, and event management.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and convert it into actionable growth strategies.
• Proven success in leading and nurturing high-performing teams within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• A strategic thinker adept at innovating and adapting to the evolving demands of a growing startup.
