What You’ll Do
• Drive AI Strategy: Develop and execute a robust AI/ML strategy that aligns with Ally’s mission to empower customer service agents with real-time, empathetic, and compliant responses.
• Lead the AI/ML Team: Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML experts to design cutting-edge models and algorithms.
• Innovation in Real-Time AI: Spearhead the development of dynamic scripting, predictive analytics, continuous learning, and compliance-driven solutions.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with product, engineering, and revenue teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and effective in real-world applications.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep Ally at the forefront of AI advancements, identifying new technologies and methodologies that can elevate our solutions and competitive advantage.
Requirements
• Proven Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML leadership roles, with a successful track record in scaling AI for customer-facing or service industries.
• Technical Depth: Expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, predictive analytics, and continuous learning systems.
• Visionary Mindset: A proactive, forward-thinking approach to innovation in AI, capable of aligning technical strategy with business goals.
• Hands-On Leadership: Comfortable diving deep into model development, working alongside engineers, and iterating in real time.
• Compliance Savvy: Knowledge of regulatory requirements in customer service industries (HIPAA, FDCPA, etc.) is a plus.
