Insight Global is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join a company's Innovations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Flutter development and mobile app technologies. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about working on cutting-edge health tech innovations. While the position is preferred to be in our Irvine office, we are open to hybrid and fully remote candidates, with the possibility of long-term contract arrangements for out-of-state candidates.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with Flutter’s best practices.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture (BLoC, Provider, etc.).
• Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with native development for iOS and Android (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
• Experience with state management, animations, and custom UI components in Flutter.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Exposure to CI/CD processes in mobile app development.
• Some experience with AI models in mobile applications (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, etc.) is highly preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and scale mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, back-end developers) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Integrate AI models into mobile applications (preferred)
Compensation:
$150,000 -$155,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
