The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales for Boston Scally Company, a dynamic lifestyle brand that is famous for the Scally cap and representing blue-collar Boston culture. Boston Scally is loved by consumers, and is experiencing healthy, durable growth from both first-time buyers and long-time loyalists.

The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans, managing brand campaigns, and ensuring the consistent promotion of the brand across all consumer and trade channels.

The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for branding, content creation, and optimizing organizational processes. This is a central role in the organization that calls for a well-rounded approach to planning, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to drive influence across marketing and the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market (GTM) and Calendar Management:
• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns across direct-to-consumer and wholesale sales channels.
• Take ownership of the strategic oversight, organization, communication, and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring they align with brand standards, support the objectives of the respective product line, and effectively target the intended audience and messaging.
• Create detailed launch calendars and timelines, ensuring all activities and deliverables are met on schedule.
• Create seasonal sell sheets for each product line that highlight key selling points and provide essential information to assist the marketing team in executing various functions. Ensure organizational alignment on product storytelling
• Track and analyze the performance of GTM campaigns, adjusting tactics to improve future outcomes.

Creative Team Collaboration:
• Partner with in-house and external creative teams (graphic designers, photographers, videographers) to develop compelling, on-brand marketing materials (e.g. social media graphics, website banners, email marketing assets, POP and wholesale sales collateral).
• Provide creative direction for marketing campaigns to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s vision, voice, and aesthetic.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for product launches and marketing initiatives.

eCommerce Content and Product Launch Ownership:
• Execute site content asset updates, including image and copy, across all consumer touch points including email, paid and organic social media, homepage, navigation, product listing pages, and marketing landing pages.
• Own the product page curation process, ensuring product descriptions, imagery and all other related assets align with brand standards and product vision to capture the hearts and minds of consumer audiences.
• Establish item priorities to inform consumer messaging, on-site merchandising, and eCommerce landing page sorting updates.

Partnership with Paid Media Teams:
• Work closely with paid media teams to support the development of paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
• Align organic and paid strategies to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts.
• Assist in identifying target audiences for paid media campaigns, developing creative briefs, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Liaise with wholesale, DTC, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.
• Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are in line with the brand's strategic objectives and business goals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the fashion, retail, or accessories industries.
• Proven experience in developing and managing go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Creative, resourceful, and adaptable, with a passion for building brand identities and communities.
