As a store SUPERVISOR, you will assist the General Manager in supervising Team members and supporting the day-to-day operations at the frictionless retail location in Terminal C35. You will also be responsible for providing an amazing customer service experience to our customers at DFW Airport.

A few things that you must do in this role:
• Works under the direct supervision of the General Manager
• Works with General Manager to assure deliveries and shipments are complete and on schedule.
• Ensures customers are greeted promptly and served by knowledgeable, well-trained Customer Support Associates
• Ability to collaborate, communicate timely and effectively with the Puente Team and Management: on customer feedback, out of stocks, and your ideas to improve both the customer and the Co-Team experience
• Protecting company assets and minimizing loss according to store standards and operating procedures, including workplace safety, inventory control and loss prevention
• Works directly with General Manager to support staff hiring and scheduling.
• Provides staff training and conducts store opening/closing/shift change procedures
• Ensures that staff report to work on time, dressed in proper uniform, including nametags.
• Ensures that all staff tardiness and absences are reported to the General Manager
• Ensures that team members are assigned daily duties and are aware of daily sales targets
• Perform merchandising tasks: including compliance checks, shelf availability, cycle counts, and product expiration rotation.
• Must maintain shop standards on merchandising and housekeeping
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying in the know, scheduling, and attending educational workshops.
• CUSTOMER FOCUSED: Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers; ability to handle several customers at once.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Enjoy engaging with the customers: help to familiarize our cashier-free shopping experience, assist with product selection, listening to their needs, and answering questions.
• Must be able to work an entire shift independently, eight (8) hours or more.
• Supervisor shifts may include opening, mid and closing shifts based on the needs of the business.
• Must have flexibility to opening and closing times (the location MUST by contract open at 5:00 am and close when the last flight departs-closing times may vary).
• Lifting 35lbs minimum and reliable transportation required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Must be able to receive weekly shipments and have the ability to pick-up local orders in the DFW area as needed.
• Must be able to pass a thorough TSA Federal Criminal 10 Year History Record Check
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
