Job Description

The Sr Digital Media Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Specifically, responsibilities will center on digital analytics and reporting, finding opportunities for ROI improvement, and designing and building performance reports for business stakeholders and senior leaders.

Reporting to the AVP Digital Strategy, this role will translate digital strategies into tactical execution and continually refine campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Experience optimizing and reporting on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta), Affiliate Media, Analytics (Big Query, LookerStudio, Google Analytics), and other digital ecosystems is critical for this role.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced environment and have an established background in building and reporting on digital media campaigns.

The Digital Media Analyst is a data-driven leader who thrives on creating wins across the digital space, reporting on the results, and generating optimization recommendations that move the business forward.

Responsibilities :
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns on lead-generating search engines, editorial sites, and affiliate sites.
• Create reporting dashboards that demonstrate campaign ROI and budget tracking.
• Work with leadership to determine KPIs and data points that best illustrate campaign impact.
• Manage outside vendors who execute, optimize, and report on campaigns.
• Oversee various digital media projects and keep a sharp focus on strategic vision, process refinement, performance, and financial administration.
• Direct and implement integrated media campaigns including Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, Display, Video, Native, SEO, Retargeting, and emerging channels.
• Support a holistic and positive customer experience across all brand awareness and lead generation digital campaigns.
• Integrate Paid and Non-Paid media sources (i.e., Google Paid Search and SEO) to create an efficient, complementary lead generation machine.
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations for implementing new strategies.
• Execute best practices and proven optimization methods that increase web traffic and improve customer experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex processes, situations, and data into actionable intelligence.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills, database management acumen database management acumen, and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Adept at producing deliverables such as presentations, and support materials aimed at executive audiences.

Experience :
• A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, mathematics, analytics / statistics, business or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, sales optimization, or marketing analytics.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience working in financial services or related field (mortgage or banking is a plus).
• Experience developing and implementing successful algorithm-based advertising campaigns.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Looker Studio certifications preferred.
• An understanding of SQL and other database tools.
• Data visualization experience in Tableau, Looker, or other leading data visualization and analysis tools.
• Development of data-derived insights into marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to set and meet budgetary and financial targets such as cost-per-lead and cost-per-conversion.
• Third-party ad serving, tracking, tagging, and reporting expertise.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful media and digital marketing operations and campaigns across multiple channels.
